Kavitha’s bail hearing in the Delhi Liquor scam case has been postponed to April 4. The Rouse Avenue Court will resume the hearing at 2:30 p.m. on that day. During the previous hearing, there were lengthy arguments, and Singhvi requested more time for the ED to reply to the registrar.
Kavitha’s lawyers stated that they will submit a rejoinder on the evening of April 3.
