The Andhra Pradesh High Court has adjourned the hearing on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar. The PIL requests the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to take over the investigation of a skill development scam case. The hearing has been postponed until December 13.

In October 2023, the court ordered notices to be served to 44 respondents, including former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and TDP State president K. Atchannaidu. However, the counsel for the petitioner informed the court that the respondents did not receive the notices. The High Court Registrar confirmed that 39 respondents had already received the notices. The court directed the Registrar to resend the notices with new addresses.
