Text Size: 100%

The High Court has declined to issue interim orders in the anticipatory bail plea submitted by actor Mohan Babu. He is currently facing an assault case involving TV9 journalist Ranjith.

During the hearing, Mohan Babu’s lawyer requested the court to prevent his arrest until Monday. However, the High Court refused the request, stating that it would only make a decision after reviewing the counter-petition.

The court has postponed the hearing to Monday, which means Mohan Babu has not received immediate relief in the case.
