Global hospitality giant Hilton is accelerating its expansion in Hyderabad, announcing plans for three additional hotels in the city following the recent launch of the Hilton Resort & Spa Genome Valley in December 2025. The upcoming projects are expected to significantly strengthen the brand’s footprint in one of India’s fastest-growing business and technology hubs.
According to hospitality industry updates, the three upcoming properties include the Hilton Hotel & Convention Centre in the Financial District, a Hilton Garden Inn in the Financial District, and another Hilton-branded hotel planned for Jubilee Hills. Together, the three hotels are expected to add more than 800 rooms to Hyderabad’s hospitality inventory.
Major Expansion in Financial District
The Financial District (FD), which houses several global IT companies and corporate headquarters, will host two of the upcoming Hilton properties. The planned Hilton Hotel & Convention Centre is expected to serve large-scale conferences, corporate events, and international business travelers.
Industry observers say the property will likely feature extensive meeting and convention facilities, positioning it as a key venue for business events, corporate gatherings, and international conventions in Hyderabad.
Alongside it, the Hilton Garden Inn brand will cater to business travelers seeking modern accommodation with mid-scale pricing. Hilton Garden Inn properties typically focus on corporate travelers, long-stay guests, and professionals visiting technology hubs.
Luxury Hospitality in Jubilee Hills
The third upcoming Hilton property is planned in Jubilee Hills, one of Hyderabad’s most upscale residential and commercial neighbourhoods. While the final branding of the hotel is yet to be officially announced, it is expected to target premium leisure and business travelers.
Jubilee Hills has seen increasing interest from global hospitality brands due to its proximity to Banjara Hills, HITEC City, and major entertainment zones, making it a prime location for luxury hotels.
Hyderabad Emerging as Hospitality Hub
Hilton’s expansion reflects the growing demand for high-quality hospitality infrastructure in Hyderabad. The city has seen rapid growth in IT services, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and global capability centres, attracting international business travel and large corporate events.
With increasing investments in technology parks, convention centres, and global offices, Hyderabad is emerging as one of India’s key destinations for both business tourism and international conferences.
First Hilton Resort Opened in 2025
The company marked its entry into the city with the launch of the Hilton Resort & Spa Genome Valley in December 2025. Located near the biotechnology hub of Genome Valley, the resort caters to both corporate guests and leisure travelers.
The resort’s opening signaled Hilton’s long-term commitment to the Hyderabad market, which the company sees as a strategic destination within India’s hospitality sector.
Over 800 Rooms to Be Added
With the three new hotels in the pipeline, Hilton’s total upcoming room inventory in Hyderabad is expected to exceed 800 rooms. Once operational, the properties will significantly increase the availability of international-standard accommodation, convention facilities, and business hospitality services in the city.
