Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) is bringing back the ‘Dial Your MD’ program to help users with their concerns. The program will be led by MD Sudarshan Reddy starting this Saturday.
The program will run from 4 pm to 5.30 pm. Before Covid, it used to happen on the third Saturday of each month at the Water Board’s head office. However, it was stopped during the pandemic. Now, MD Sudarshan Reddy has decided to restart it every 15 days. Additionally, a ‘Meet Your MD’ program will soon allow users to meet the managing director directly.
Furthermore, a public radio program will be reintroduced every Monday at the local O&M Division office. This program aims to address complaints about drinking water, sewage management, billing, revenue, and other issues.
