The Chevella police carried out a special inspection drive at 47 farmhouses within the Chevella police station limits. The drive aimed to prevent illegal activities and ensure public safety.
Five special police teams were deployed for the inspections. They acted on the instructions of Chevella Deputy Commissioner of Police Yogesh Gautam.
During the checks, police found a hookah setup at Elite Farm House in Mudimyal. The drive was meant to identify unlawful activities and make sure farmhouse owners and organisers followed rules and regulations.
Police warned farmhouse owners and organisers against allowing illegal activities on their premises. They said the inspections would continue to maintain law and order and safeguard public safety.
