Hyderabad: Starting October 6, the State Housing Board will auction vacant government lands in several municipalities, including areas within GHMC.
A public auction will offer 22 residential plots and flats located in Chintal and Nizampet Bachupally.
On October 7 and 8, four commercial plots in KPHB Colony will be sold via e-auction. This includes 6549 square yards in Phase 1 and 2, along with plots of 2420, 2397, and 726 square yards being auctioned on Tuesday.
Additionally, a commercial plot of 1148 square yards in Nampally will be e-auctioned on October 8.
The auction on October 9 and 10 will feature 10,890 sq m of commercial land in Chintal and plots measuring 13,503 sq m, 5,953.20 sq m, and 3,630 sq m in the Raviryala area of Maheshwaram mandal.
Notifications have also been issued for the sale of Housing Board plots across various districts, including Sangareddy – Sadasivpet, Jogulamba Gadwal, Nizamabad, and others.
