How to Check Your SIR Form Status
To verify whether your SIR Enumeration Form has been submitted, follow these simple steps:
- Visit the official Election Commission of India (ECI) SIR portal.
- Click on the “Fill Enumeration Form” option available on the homepage.
- Log in using your registered mobile number or your EPIC (Voter ID) number.
- Select Telangana from the list of states.
- Enter your EPIC Number to continue.
If the Portal Shows Your Voter Details
After entering your details, the portal may display your:
- Name
- EPIC Number
- Assembly Constituency
- Part Number
- Other voter details
If the website also displays an option asking you to enter your mobile number, it generally indicates that your SIR Enumeration Form has not yet been submitted online by your Booth Level Officer (BLO) through the official BLO application.
In such cases, eligible voters can proceed with the online submission process themselves or contact their respective BLO for clarification.
If You See “Your Form Has Already Been Submitted”
If the portal instead displays the message:
“Your form has already been submitted. For more details contact your BLO.”
It indicates that your SIR Enumeration Form has already been uploaded to the Election Commission’s system through the official BLO application. In such cases, there is no need to submit another online form.
The application will now proceed through the verification process as per Election Commission guidelines.
