Hyderabad Youth Courage (HYC) leader Salman Khan plans to join the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) on October 23. The event will occur at 10:30 am at Telangana Bhavan, with BRS working president K. T. Rama Rao present.
In a twist, the Election Commission rejected Salman Khan’s nomination for the Jubilee Hills by-election. He suspects pressure from the ruling Congress government influenced this decision. He expressed his concerns on X, accusing the returning officer of acting under pressure.
Salman Khan disclosed his assets in an affidavit. He reported having property worth Rs 5,18,101, while his wife has Rs 1,618 in the bank, Rs 20,000 in cash, and three tolas of gold. This revelation surprised many, considering past allegations of financial misconduct against him.
Recently, police in Borabanda booked him for making provocative remarks online. With his upcoming move to BRS, it will be interesting to see how this affects the Jubilee Hills election.
