Hyderabad City on High Alert Following Rameswaram Café Blast

Hyderabad city Police is on high alert after a suspected bomb blast at the Rameshwaram Café in Bengaluru. Special police teams, including the Task Force and Special Operations Team, have been conducting searches at various public places like hotels, restaurants, lodges, railway and bus stations.

The police have also been checking vehicles at different locations, as well as frisking individuals who appear suspicious. K Sreenivasa Reddy, Hyderabad Police Commissioner, stated that all units have been alerted to be on high alert due to the recent bomb blast in Bengaluru. Additionally, Central Forces have increased security measures at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport by thoroughly checking all passengers, baggage, and visitors.

With upcoming festivals, the police were already on alert, but recent events have heightened their vigilance. All public places in the city are being closely monitored to ensure the safety of residents and visitors.
