Hyderabad police launch Operation Kavach to improve safety

Hyderabad is witnessing a major effort to boost security with a new operation called ‘Operation Kavach’. City Police Commissioner Sajjanar launched this city-wide project, which began at midnight on Friday. About 5,000 police officers are involved, checking 150 important locations at the same time.

Various departments, such as Law and Order, Traffic, Task Force, Armed Reserve, Blue Colts, and patrol units, are working together on this operation.

Commissioner Sajjanar asked residents to support the police and help keep the city safe. He advised people to report any suspicious activities by dialing 100.

Additional Commissioner Tafseer Iqbal played an active role in the operations happening in Chandrayangutta.
