The Election Commission has announced that 47.88% of people in Hyderabad district voted in the Telangana Assembly elections 2023. This announcement came after more than 24 hours of polling in all 119 constituencies in the State.
Out of the 15 constituencies in Hyderabad district, Goshamahal had the highest turnout with 55.38% votes, while Yakutpura had the lowest with 39.64%. Other constituencies had varying turnout percentages as well. The total number of electors in Hyderabad district was 45,36,851, with 23,22,622 males, 22,13,902 females, and 327 others. On the day of the election, a total of 21,72,111 people cast their votes, with 11,29,959 males, 10,42,087 females, and 65 others.
