Water supply in some parts of Hyderabad will be interrupted for 24 hours starting from 6 a.m. on November 11.
The affected areas include RC Puram, Ashoknagar, Jyoti Nagar, Lingampally, Chandanagar, Gangaram, Madinaguda, Miyapur, Biramguda, Aminpur, Erragadda, SR Nagar, Ameerpet, KPHB Colony, Kukatpally, Moosapet, and Jagadgirigutta.
According to a press release from the Hyderabad Water Board, major leakages have been found in a 1500 mm pipeline that supplies water to the city. These leaks are located in the Manjira Phase-2 pumping line. To fix the issue, repair work will be carried out from 6 a.m. on Monday until 6 a.m. the next day.
During this time, the water supply will be affected. Some areas will experience low water pressure, while others may have no water.
