The Meteorological Department says there will be light to moderate rain in many parts of the state over the next two days. In Greater Hyderabad, there may be heavier rain. This is due to a surface circulation that has formed over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and its surrounding areas. A low pressure area is likely to form on the 8th of this month, and it may turn into a cyclone on the 9th. The cyclone is expected to move towards the central Bay of Bengal and become a storm.

Because of this weather pattern, thunder, lightning, and gusty winds may occur at some places in the state. On Saturday, Nalgonda recorded a high temperature of 38.0 degrees Celsius. The weather department says that temperatures will rise quickly in the state starting on the 9th.
