The Managing Director of HMRL, NVS Reddy, inaugurated a new lift facility at ARM – C of Secunderabad East Metro Station. This lift connects the metro station to Secunderabad railway station, making it easier for metro rail passengers to travel between the two stations. It also provides a convenient connection to the Rathifile bus stand for passengers carrying luggage. The lift is especially helpful for elderly people and those with disabilities.
KVB Reddy, the MD and CEO of L&TMRHL, mentioned that this lift facility is part of an MoU between L&TMRHL and TSRTC. The goal of this MoU is to improve the convenience of public transport users in Hyderabad. The success of this collaboration shows the effectiveness of cooperation between TSRTC and L&T Metro Rail. This lift facility contributes to the overall development of the city’s multi-modal urban transport system.
