Police officials in Central Prison celebrated the 77th Independence Day at the prison premises on Tuesday. The Superintendent of Prisons, Nawab Shiva Kumar Goud, hoisted the National Flag and addressed the staff and prisoners. The Superintendent appreciated their commitment and discipline in successfully conducting various programs in Telangana State prisons for the welfare of inmates and staff.
The Superintendent also praised the staff for their role in maintaining discipline, providing medical aid, and organizing welfare activities for prisoners. He urged them to continue working with the same dedication in the future. Several officers, staff, and inmates of Central Prison, including Deputy Superintendent of Jails N Niranjan Reddy, Deputy Superintendent of Jails D Kalidas, Deputy Superintendent of Jails S Vijay Kumar, Jailor B Jalendhar, Jailor Dev Singh, Jailor R Srinivas, Jailor K Subash, Jailor M Thitumal Reddy, and Jailor CH Atchaiah, were present at the event.
