The District Collector of Mahabubnagar, G Ravi Nayak, recently held a review meeting with officials from the Industries and Welfare Departments to discuss the implementation of the TS-Pass and T-Pride industrial schemes in the district. During the meeting, Nayak directed the Industries Department to carefully scrutinize all applications submitted for setting up industries under TS-I pass and to approve them in a timely manner, while also sanctioning investment subsidies as per government norms.

Out of the 1462 applications submitted under TS-I pass and T-Pride schemes, 1,215 have been approved. Nayak urged officials from various related departments to clear all pending applications on time. Under T-Pride, subsidies have been approved for 13 units of vehicles for SC category beneficiaries, including seven tractors, five mini-trollies, and one car. Women beneficiaries are eligible for a 45% subsidy, while male beneficiaries receive a 35% subsidy.
