YSRCP chief and Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy addressed a large gathering in Anantapur district, stating that the upcoming election battle in 2024 would be between two ideologies. He emphasized the importance of continuing welfare schemes and criticized the opposition party for wanting to scrap them.

YS Jagan highlighted the discrepancy between Non-Resident Andhra leaders visiting the state sporadically and those who were born and reside in Andhra Pradesh. He challenged former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s track record, particularly in benefiting farmers, students, and the poor.

The Chief Minister urged his party cadre to visit every household and educate voters on Naidu’s failures in fulfilling past promises. He called for mobilizing support to confine the opposition party to a limited number of assembly seats in the next election.

He urged the cadre to remind beneficiaries of the positive changes brought by the YSRCP Government, especially in education and pension distribution.
