Popular film actress and former MLA Jayasudha is set to join the BJP in Telangana. She arrived in Delhi on Wednesday morning and will officially join the party in the evening at the BJP headquarters, where she will be welcomed by the party’s national president JP Nadda. Telangana BJP President Kishan Reddy, MPs Laxman, and Bandi Sanjay are already in Delhi for Parliament meetings and will be present at Jayasudha’s joining ceremony.
Jayasudha previously won as an MLA from the Secunderabad constituency in 2009 under the Congress party. It is speculated that she may be expecting a ticket from either Secunderabad or Mushirabad in the upcoming elections. However, it remains to be seen whether the BJP will grant her a ticket or assign her other responsibilities within the party.
