MLC Jeevan Reddy took action after a report by The Hans India highlighted concerns from parents about school repairs in Jagtial district. The report stated that contractors had stopped work due to unpaid wages as government schools were set to reopen.
In response, MLC Jeevan Reddy visited a girls’ school in the district center and met with education department officials and senior authorities. He instructed officials to prepare a detailed report on pending schools under the repair program and present it at a review meeting the following day.
MLC Jeevan Reddy assured that the government would quickly complete the halted school repairs to ensure students do not face any further difficulties.
