Hyderabad: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University held an orientation programme for engineering students on Friday.
At the event, Dr. V Padmavati, the vice principal of the Engineering College, provided details about the various courses available at the college. She also explained the double degree programme and other educational opportunities. Around 7,000 students attended the programme.
Dr. K Vijayakumar Reddy, the Rector, highlighted that students who have studied at the university are securing jobs in major companies with competitive salaries. He also emphasized that beyond academics, qualities such as good behavior, responsibility towards society, respect for parents, care for professors, friendship with fellow students, and being helpful are equally important.
