Khanapur: Jupally Krishna Rao, the Minister for Excise and Tourism, will visit Nirmal district on Wednesday. He is also responsible for overseeing the former Adilabad district.
On Tuesday, Nirmal District Collector Abhilasha Abhinav instructed officials to finalize all preparations. She visited Chandrasekhar Function Hall in Nirmal Rural mandal to check on the event setup. The focus was on organizing stalls, distributing new ration cards, and issuing certificates for various government schemes.
The Collector evaluated the arrangements for stalls, seating, stage, and parking. She urged officials to ensure everything runs smoothly and to finish preparations on time. Coordination among departments was highlighted as crucial for the event’s success.
Officials present during the inspection included Additional Collectors Faizan Ahmad and Kishore Kumar, RDO Ratnakalyani, ZP CEO Govind, DRDO Vijayalakshmi, Municipal Commissioner Jagadishwar Goud, and Tahsildars Raju and Santosh.
