    Hyderabad City Bureau, June 30 (Namaste Telangana): The Telangana state government is currently under pressure. It has been revealed that the central government is planning to set up a rail coach factory in Kachiguda as part of the division of shares. The state government has shown negligence before seeking cooperation. As a result, the state youth are disappointed. Today, the work on the wagon workshop, which was supposed to be completed, has been completed. As a result, the people of the state are angry with the BJP government’s decision. According to the provisions of the State Division Act, the central government should set up a rail coach factory in Kachiguda. As a result, the state has provided 150 acres of land for free to the railway department. It informed the center that it is ready to provide all other assistance. With the establishment of this factory, Telangana youth were hoping for 10,000 employment opportunities. However, due to the lack of funds, the construction of the rail coach factory has been halted. The Railway Ministry announced this setback and expressed dissatisfaction with the state.

    Wagon Workshop in Kachiguda is Right

    The limited overhaul of the prestigious Rail Coach Factory in Kachiguda is being prepared by the Central Wagon Workshop (Periodic Overhauling). The state government is currently using 150 acres of land allocated to it. The construction aspect is not mentioned in the State Division Act. Therefore, there is no need for Telangana youth to worry excessively. Only 1,000 employment opportunities are available as a result.

    Employment Opportunities in Various Rail Factories

    The Integral Coach Factory (ICF) in Chennai was established in 1955. According to recent reports, it currently employs 11,300 people. The Rail Coach Factory established in Kapurthala in 1986 is employing 8,000 people. The Rail Coach Factory set up in Rae Bareli in 2012 has over 3,000 job opportunities. There are also employment opportunities in the Chittaranjan Locomotive Works in Chittaranjan, Diesel Locomotive Works in Varanasi, Diesel-Loco Factory in Patiala, Golden Rock Railway Workshop in Tiruchirappalli, and Electric Locomotive Factory in Madhepura, as well as the Rail Wheel Factory in Bengaluru.

    In conclusion, the establishment of a rail coach factory in Kachiguda is facing limitations due to financial constraints. However, there are still plenty of employment opportunities available in various rail factories across the country. Telangana youth should not worry excessively as the state government is making efforts to provide assistance and support for their employment needs.
