Khammam: The city of Khammam is moving forward with a major development! A company called Sthiraa Ventures, led by Gummadapu Damodar Rao, is launching its first IT and Commercial Hub in the city. The project is named “Sthiraa Tech City” and will be located at Tallampadu, along the Khammam-Hyderabad Highway.

This new development will include premium villa plots as well as residential and commercial spaces. It is a DTCP-proposed project, which means it follows the guidelines of the Directorate of Town and Country Planning.

One of the main highlights of Sthiraa Tech City is its strategic location on the main highway, making it easy to access. It is also the first large residential project in the area that focuses on supporting the IT and commercial sectors.
