Kiran International School celebrated International Yoga Day and World Music Day 2025 with excitement and purpose. The day started with a lively yoga session for students from Grades III to X, guided by the school’s yoga instructors. This event united students, parents, and staff, promoting wellness and community spirit.
Professor Dr. Sreedhar Rao, the Chief Guest, discussed how yoga helps with mental clarity and emotional balance. Managing Director Shri Ritesh Bhuriwale encouraged students to make yoga a daily habit to strengthen their personalities. Parents participated eagerly, adding support and enthusiasm, while a partnership with Decathlon highlighted the importance of fitness.
After yoga, students from Grades IX and X joined the “Inspire to Impact” session, focusing on inner balance and mental well-being.
The school welcomed Sri T. Lakshmi Narasimha Rao, who spoke about values, character, and the power of the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra in building resilience. Dr. Sridhar Rao shared insights on self-awareness and discipline, inspiring students and teachers.
