Hyderabad, 7 April 2025 – Kiran International School, with support from the Hyderabad Cyclists Group (HCG), held a fun and energetic 5KM Cyclothon to celebrate World Health Day. The event followed the theme “Hum Fit Toh Bharat Fit,” which means “If we are fit, India is fit.” The ride began at 8 AM from the school grounds.
Many special guests were present to kick off the event, including Ms. Chandana Jayaram, Shri Ravinder Nandanoori, Shri Thotakura Vijayesh Yadav, Shri Thotakura A. Jay Yadav, and Shri Ritesh K. Bhuriwale. Their presence added excitement and support to the day’s activities.
A large number of enthusiastic cyclists took part, creating a lively and energetic atmosphere. The event aimed to promote health, fitness, and the importance of coming together as a community.
Along the route, participants were treated to motivational speeches and fun performances. These included a street play (nukkad natak) and a flash mob, which kept everyone entertained and inspired to stay active and healthy.
Kiran International School thanked the Hyderabad Cyclists Group, as well as all the participants, volunteers, and sponsors who helped make the event a big success. The school also shared the event route and highlights using a QR code, encouraging others to stay involved in future events.
This cyclothon also marked 12 years of the school’s journey. It was a great way to celebrate their commitment to both education and healthy living through community events like this one.
