Union Minister and Telangana State BJP chief G Kishan Reddy dismissed Congress’s false propaganda on reservations, stating that people are not falling for it. He emphasized that reservations are a sensitive issue in the country and spreading misinformation can lead to unrest.

Kishan Reddy also addressed the topic of Muslim reservations, highlighting that the Centre has already implemented 10% reservation for Economically Backward Sections, which includes Muslims, Christians, Hindus, and others who do not fall under any other reservation category based on economic criteria.

Responding to claims about BJP planning to change the Constitution if elected again, Kishan Reddy criticized Congress and CM Revanth Reddy for fabricating issues to divert attention. He accused them of lacking achievements and resorting to false narratives to mislead the public.

Moving forward, Kishan Reddy mentioned various issues the BJP has fought for in Telangana, such as double bedroom houses, corruption, tribal concerns, and unemployment. He expressed confidence in retaining existing seats in North Telangana and winning additional seats like Mahbubnagar and Nagarkurnool in the upcoming elections.

Regarding allegations that the BJP has not done enough for Telangana, Kishan Reddy pointed out the development projects and initiatives undertaken by the Centre over the past decade, including national highways, new railway lines, and establishment of new institutions in Hyderabad. He challenged the Chief Minister to participate in a debate on the Centre’s contributions to Telangana but received no response.
