Kavita’s bail petition will be submitted after the Supreme Court vacation, with a likely filing date of July 8. The BRS leaders expressed confidence in the judiciary and believe she will be granted bail soon. The party is appealing to the Supreme Court after the High Court denied Kavita’s bail request.
Kavita was arrested in the Delhi Liquor Policy case by the Enforcement Directorate and CBI. She was taken into custody on March 15 in Hyderabad and appeared in Rouse Avenue Court.
