The ruling BRS party is trying to win over opposition leaders in the current assembly session. BRS working President and MA and UD minister KT Rama Rao embraced BJP leader and MLA E Rajendar in the house before the start of the session. KTR welcomed Rajendar to attend the session and they seemed happy when talking to each other. This friendly interaction between KTR and Rajendar has become a topic of discussion in political circles.
Previously, KTR had a meeting with Congress leader and MLA T Jagga Reddy, which also caused a sensation in the house. Rajendar used to be the State Health minister before leaving the BRS. Now, as a member of the BJP, he has been appointed as the Chairman of the State BJP Election Management committee.
