Former MLC Kapilavai Dileep Kumar is launching a new YouTube channel called ‘Lakshyam’. The launch event will take place on Monday at 11 AM at Annam Complex in Kavadiguda, Hyderabad.
Dileep Kumar explained that the channel aims to inspire the youth of Telangana. He pointed out that the Telangana Movement had the slogan “Neellu, Nidhulu, Niyamakalu” (Water, Funds, Jobs), but this vision has been ignored by the governments even after the state’s formation in 2014.
He highlighted the issue of unemployment, stating that around 50 lakh young people in Telangana are jobless and lack proper guidance from the government. Many of them could have been trained with essential skills to start businesses or find jobs in the private sector. Due to frustration and lack of confidence, some youths are even resorting to suicide.
Through Lakshyam, Dileep Kumar aims to provide career guidance, political awareness, and skill development. The channel will feature inspiration and advice from successful individuals and experts, helping young people navigate their careers and future.
