BJP leaders Dr K Laxman and G Kishan Reddy are heading to Delhi for an emergency meeting called by the party’s national leadership. Dr Laxman has already left for Delhi, while Kishan Reddy will join after receiving his official election results.

The meeting was called to discuss the party’s strategy for forming the government for a third term under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In Telangana, the party headquarters saw a mix of emotions as election results came in. Initially, there was celebration as party candidates took the lead, but the mood turned sombre when it became clear that the BJP may not secure a clear majority on its own.

Despite this, supporters of winning candidates like G Kishan Reddy, Eatala Rajender, and Bandi Sanjay Kumar celebrated by dancing and bursting crackers. Kishan Reddy thanked party members and voters for their support, while other leaders vowed to continue working for the development and welfare of the country under PM Modi’s leadership.

Overall, the BJP fell short of forming a government on its own due to opposition campaigns, but remains committed to serving the people and building a brighter future for India.
