Khammam: Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu emphasized the government’s dedication to enhancing rural living through infrastructure and welfare programs. On Tuesday, he initiated several development projects in Errupalem Mandal within the Madhira constituency, aiming for sustainable growth.
During his visits, Bhatti highlighted the Congress party’s vision to meet people’s expectations. “We want to make Madhira a model for the whole state with development plans for the next 50 years,” he stated. Throughout the day, he launched projects including roads in SC colonies at Errupalem HQ (Rs 45 lakh), Pedda Gopavaram (Rs 85 lakh), Buchchireddypalem (Rs 40 lakh), Banigandlapadu (Rs 1.75 crore), and Ayyavarigudem (Rs 55 lakh); as well as anganwadi buildings in Pedda Gopavaram and Bhimavaram at Rs 12 lakh each.
Bhatti assured villagers of modern infrastructure, fulfilling pre-election promises. “Our initiatives ensure inclusive growth, and we’re fast-tracking projects based on local needs,” he added. Everywhere he went, villagers warmly welcomed him, with flowers, rituals, and gratitude for government efforts.
Later, Bhatti and District Collector Anudeep Durishetty held a review meeting with various department officials. They evaluated ongoing projects and urged faster completion of pending infrastructure and welfare schemes.
