An incident occurred in Gorita village, Nagarkurnool district, where a person was hit by a car and attacked with sticks by individuals with old grudges. The attack took place on the main road of the village outskirts.
The victim, MD Azid, had ongoing land disputes with MD Mathin and MD Afiz from the same village. Two days prior to the incident, Aziz had lodged a complaint with the police regarding previous attacks.
The attackers hit Aziz with a car, beat him with sticks, and attempted to kill him, warning him against reporting to the police. Passing motorists intervened, alerted the police, and Aziz was taken to Mahabub Nagar hospital with the help of emergency services. A case has been filed by the police, who are currently investigating the matter.
