Mayor pays a visit to Hussain Sagar to oversee idols immersion

The immersion process of Ganesh idols in lakes and waterbodies after the Ganesh Chaturthi festivities is currently taking place in Hyderabad. The Mayor of Hyderabad, Gadwal Vijayalakshmi, supervised the immersion of Khairatabad’s Maha Ganesh and confirmed that it was completed at 1:30 pm. The immersion took place at Hussain Sagar Lake. The government has made necessary arrangements for the immersion, including the deployment of cranes in the city.

On this occasion, various officials such as HMDA commissioner Arvind Kumar, GHMC commissioner Ronald Rose, city police commissioner CV Anand, DRF chief Prakash Reddy, and representatives from the electricity department, water department, and tourism department expressed their gratitude to the citizens for their cooperation.
