Education Minister Atishi visited an MCD school in Lal Kuan, Pul Prahladpur, to check how MCD schools throughout Delhi are doing. The school she visited was in bad condition, with lots of rubbish and broken floors. The toilets were also in poor shape and didn’t have running water. Atishi told the principal to fix the school’s condition quickly or face disciplinary action. She said that the school’s bad condition shows that the BJP has ruined children’s future for 15 years.
Atishi said that parents trust the government schools to take care of their children, but the BJP has only made things worse. However, MCD schools will improve under CM Arvind Kejriwal’s leadership, and every kid will receive quality education.
