Australian all-rounder Cameron Green has praised his Mumbai Indians teammate Suryakumar Yadav, saying that batting alongside him is the easiest thing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023. Green, who was bought by the five-time champions for Rs 17.5 crore, has scored 422 runs in 15 matches, including his first century in the tournament. Green and Yadav’s partnership in the middle has been challenging for opposition bowlers.

After defeating Lucknow Super Giants in the Eliminator, Mumbai Indians will face defending champions Gujarat Titans in the second Qualifier on Friday to vie for a place in the final against Chennai Super Kings in Ahmedabad. Green believes that Gujarat Titans are the best side in the IPL so far and have all its bases covered, with opening batters flying and spin twins Rashid Khan and Noor Ahmed being hard to get away. However, he remains optimistic about Mumbai’s chances.
