Gadwal: NS Boseraju, Karnataka’s Minister for Minor Irrigation and Science & Technology, and his wife visited the Sri Bala Brahmeshwara Jogulamba Temple. This temple is a key Shakti Peetha, where they sought blessings from Goddess Jogulamba.
They received a warm welcome from Dr. S.A. Sampath Kumar, AICC Secretary and former Alampur MLA, and his wife, Smt. Mahalakshmi. The minister and his wife took part in special prayers and a Chandi Homam at the temple.
Temple priests greeted Minister Boseraju and Dr. Sampath Kumar with Purna Kumbha honors and presented them with traditional shawls.
The minister and Dr. Sampath Kumar later discussed the temple’s spiritual importance, heritage, and ongoing development with Temple Committee Chairman Nageshwar Reddy.
Many local leaders and officials joined the minister, such as Market Committee Chairman Doddappa, Vice Chairman Kumar, and members from the temple and market committees, along with Congress leaders.
This visit not only underscored the religious significance of the Jogulamba Temple but also strengthened the cultural and political relationship between Telangana and Karnataka.
