Minister Orders Investigation as Students at Kasturba School in Nizamabad Fall Ill

Female students from Kasturba School in Nizamabad fell ill due to suspected food poisoning. They experienced vomiting and were promptly taken to the hospital for treatment.

Approximately 90 female students reported stomach aches and vomiting after having dinner on Monday night. The staff notified the special officer in charge of the school, Sobha, at 1 o’clock in the morning, and the students were taken to the hospital in Nizamabad.

Minister Vemula Prashant was deeply concerned upon receiving information about the incident. He directed Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanth to take strict action against those responsible and ordered an immediate investigation at the field level.

The minister inquired about the current health condition of the female students and spoke with Nizamabad Government Hospital Superintendent Pratima Raj. He emphasized the importance of providing better treatment to the affected students.
