Hyderabad: The city’s incharge Minister, Ponnam Prabhakar, has promised that families affected by the Musi River Development Project will receive justice.
The Minister asked citizens not to worry and encouraged them to cooperate with the State government so the project can be completed smoothly.
During his visit, he inspected the site of a 2BHK housing project in Chanchalguda, where 284 double-bedroom homes have been built.
Minister Prabhakar was joined by local MLA Ahmed bin Abdullah Balala, Principal Secretary of Urban Development Dana Kishore, GHMC Commissioner Amrapali Kata, Hyderabad District Collector Anudeep Durishetty, and other senior officials.
While speaking at the event, the Minister stressed that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is committed to turning the banks of the Musi River into a major tourist attraction. This initiative aims to enhance Hyderabad’s image on a global level.
The Minister also assured the public that people displaced by the development work on the river will be given homes under the state’s double-bedroom housing scheme.
