    Clashes broke out between Congress and BRS party activists in Sajjakampet village of Kosgi mandal in the Kodangal constituency. The confrontations turned physical, with both sides fighting each other. Congress leaders even threw stones at the parked cars of BRS leaders, causing damage. The local police were unable to effectively intervene and control the violence. Congress cadres continued their assault on BRS party activists and vandalized their vehicles. MLA Patnam Mahender Reddy expressed dissatisfaction with the police’s inaction and protested at the Ambedkar junction in Kosgi. He demanded justice for the aggressive actions of Congress activists and called for swift and impartial action to address the tensions between the political rivals. This clash highlights the volatile nature of political campaigning in the region and raises concerns about maintaining law and order during the electoral season.
