    Husnabad MLA Vodithala Sathish Kumar and State Fisheries Federation Chairman Pittala Ravinder released three lakh fishlings in Husnabad Yellamma tank on Thursday. In total, 49,87,876 fishlings are being released in Husnabad constituency. The MLA praised CM KCR for implementing welfare schemes for all communities and working towards their development.

    The MLA mentioned that fishermen in Telangana are catching fish and selling them to increase their income and achieve economic development. At a program in Potaram (S), Sathish Kumar and Ravinder distributed identity cards to around 1,000 fishermen from Husnabad, Akkannapet, and Koheda Mandals with the support of the Fisheries department.

    Ravinder announced that the government plans to establish a fishermen’s society for women and men. The government will also provide two-wheelers and autos to fishermen, as they have done in the past. MLA Satish Kumar encouraged everyone to take advantage of the government’s welfare schemes and work towards development. Many fishermen, both women and men, participated in the program.
