In Jagtial, MLC Jeevan Reddy said Harish Rao should resign as promised if Chief Minister Revanth Reddy waived two lakh loans. The decision was made by the Congress government on Saturday, prompting demands for Harish Rao’s resignation.
DCC President Adluri Laxman Kumar expressed gratitude to CM Revanth for waiving the loans before August 15. He also announced that Congress members will organize programs in every mandal to thank the CM.
The MLC mentioned that the government is working on fulfilling election promises and implementing schemes to address people’s needs. CM Revanth stated his support for farmers and announced that the government will pay crop insurance premiums in a unique way.
A ministerial sub-committee has been formed to oversee the implementation of farmer assurance procedures.
