The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has published the mock results for the TGEAPCET-2025 counseling for engineering admissions for the 2025-26 academic year. These results offer a glimpse of potential seat distributions based on candidates’ choices after verifying their certificates.
On Saturday, officials reported that 95,256 candidates completed the certificate verification. Out of these, 94,059 submitted their web options, registering an impressive 56,63,308 choices for different engineering colleges across Telangana.
In this mock round, 77,154 out of 83,054 available seats were allocated, leaving 5,900 seats unfilled. Additionally, 16,905 candidates who submitted choices did not receive any seat allocation in this initial round. Under the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) quota, 6,021 candidates secured seats.
A Sridevasena, Commissioner of Technical Education and Convenor of TGEAPCET-2025, stated that this mock result is a tentative allocation based on current preferences. Candidates are encouraged to review and adjust their options between July 13 and July 15, 2025.
The first phase of final seat allocations will depend on the options saved in candidate accounts by the deadline on July 15, 2025. Seats in Special Reservation Categories, such as NCC and Sports, were not included in the mock round and will be allocated in later phases when priority lists from respective departments are provided.
Officials have noted that final results might differ from the mock due to potential changes in candidate preferences during the final adjustment period. The first phase allocations will incorporate these updates and revised rankings.
Candidates can check their mock results on the official portal: https://tgeapcet.nic.in. Final results will be released after the option-freezing period ends on July 15.
