A grand celebration took place at Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy Temple in Jagtial, with around 200,000 devotees visiting from midnight on Friday until Saturday afternoon. The large number of devotees made it difficult for police to control the crowd, resulting in a devotee breaking his arm during a stampede.

Officials conducted various rituals for Hanuman Jayanti, including sacred bath, chanting of scriptures, fire rituals, ablution with nectars, worship with thousand leaves, basil leaf worship, and fire sacrifice. Midday rituals included final offerings, swing service, flower offering, and grand offering, followed by sacred offerings for devotees.

The sudden influx of devotees caused long waiting times to see the deity, with some devotees waiting up to three hours. The temple was decorated with flowers for the occasion, adding to the festive atmosphere. Despite the challenges posed by the large crowd, the celebrations continued smoothly throughout the day.
