The celebrations for Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s birth anniversary began in Palamuru with great excitement and enthusiasm. Many important people, including leaders from the BJP, took part in different events to honor Dr. Ambedkar, who is known as the main architect of the Indian Constitution.
Following instructions from the BJP Central Committee, Member of Parliament DK Aruna led the celebrations. She started by respectfully cleaning and washing Dr. Ambedkar’s statue in Palamuru. This act symbolized the beginning of the Ambedkar Jayanti programs in the area.
The BJP Dalit Morcha organized a large event to mark the occasion. Many party members and senior leaders joined together to celebrate and pay their respects.
As part of the tribute, MP DK Aruna and other party leaders lit lamps at the base of Dr. Ambedkar’s statue. They also lit torches and offered flowers, showing their deep respect and appreciation for his work in promoting social justice and equality.
Leaders from the Dalit Morcha spoke about Dr. Ambedkar’s lifelong fight to improve the lives of marginalized communities. They also promised to continue following his teachings and principles.
This event was not only a celebration but also a promise from the party to keep working toward a fairer and more equal society, keeping Dr. Ambedkar’s vision alive.
