MP Vaddiraju Ravichandra expressed his views on the Union Budget (2025-26), presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in Parliament for the eighth consecutive time. While he congratulated the Finance Minister for introducing a massive budget of ₹50.65 lakh crore, he criticized the lack of specific allocations for Telangana.

He stated that the people of Telangana were once again left disappointed by the Central Government’s decisions. According to him, the budget seemed to favor states like Bihar and Delhi, possibly keeping upcoming Assembly elections in mind.

Ravichandra also raised concerns over the announcement of a greenfield airport in Bihar while ignoring similar projects in Telangana. He pointed out that airports in Mamoonur Purnul, Kothagudem, and Adilabad have not received approval, which he described as deeply objectionable.
