Hyderabad: Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology (MJCET) kicked off Commencement Day 2025 with enthusiasm, welcoming new engineering students to their academic journey. The celebration took place at the well-known Ghulam Ahmed Hall, filled with eager students and supportive parents.
Jayesh Ranjan, the Special Chief Secretary for Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, and Industries & Commerce Departments from the Government of Telangana, was the Chief Guest. He was joined by key members of the Sultan-ul-Uloom Education Society (SUES).
In his speech, Jayesh Ranjan praised parents for choosing MJCET, stating the college is more than just a school; it’s a hub for connecting with the real world and fostering innovation through impactful events. He encouraged students to aim for excellence, tackle global challenges, and embrace entrepreneurship.
The event began with Principal Dr. Mahipal Singh Rawat delivering an inspiring speech on the college’s accomplishments, specialized labs, and academic strengths. Zafar Javeed, the Honorary Secretary, thanked parents for their trust and urged students to utilize the faculty’s expertise and the college’s resources.
Chairman Mohammed Waliullah honored the Chief Guest with a memento to show appreciation. Academic leaders were introduced, highlighting the college’s focus on overall growth and innovation.
The ceremony ended with the National Anthem, and Gouri Patil expressed gratitude to everyone involved, noting the teamwork that ensured the event’s success.
