Hyderabad: A swearing-in ceremony was held on Monday for the newly elected Members of the Legislative Council (MLCs) in Telangana. The event took place at the Legislative Council premises.
Three new members — Komurayya, Anjireddy, and Sripal Reddy — took their oaths during the ceremony. The oath was administered by Gutta Sukhender Reddy, the Chairman of the Legislative Council.
Several important leaders attended the event, including Ministers D. Sridhar Babu, N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, and Komatireddy Venkat Reddy. They congratulated the new MLCs and marked the occasion with their presence.
The ceremony marked a step forward in strengthening the state’s legislative process. The newly sworn-in members are expected to play an active role in future council sessions.
