Officials instructed to provide sufficient coal supply to all thermal stations, says Bhatti

Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka has instructed officials to ensure a continuous supply of coal to thermal power stations in Telangana and other states. This is to prevent any shortage of power during the summer season.

The Deputy Chief Minister held a meeting with officials from the Singareni Collieries Company Limited at the Secretariat. During the meeting, the officials provided an update on the mines, new projects, coal usage, marketing, and transportation.

In his remarks, the Deputy Chief Minister emphasized the need to produce enough coal and avoid any disruptions in power production. He also highlighted the importance of focusing on the Odisha Naini coal block and taking necessary precautions during production.

Additionally, Bhatti Vikramarka directed officials to prioritize the welfare of workers in the Singareni Collieries and provide them with necessary facilities.
