    Hyderabad: On Saturday, Air Chief Marshal A P Singh, the IAF chief, praised Operation Sindoor for its success following the Pahalgam terror attack. This operation highlighted the Indian Air Force‘s ability to quickly and effectively strike against threats.

    Speaking at the Combined Graduation Parade at the Air Force Academy in Dundigal, Singh emphasized the operation’s excellent teamwork and coordination among the armed forces. He encouraged new officers to embrace unity as they progress in their careers, reminding them of the IAF’s crucial role as the first responder.

    Singh stressed the importance of living up to the trust Indian citizens place in the Air Force. He noted that future battlefields will become more complicated, urging young officers to continuously train and adapt to succeed in upcoming challenges.

    The Indian Air Force is rapidly transforming into an aerospace force, with many young officers expected to lead the nation’s ventures into space. Singh highlighted the need for these officers to remain dedicated, innovative, and passionate in their roles.

    He also advised graduates to maintain physical and mental fitness and focus on personal development through healthy lifestyles. The event celebrated the completion of pre-commissioning training for flight cadets in various IAF branches.

    During the ceremony, the IAF chief awarded the ‘President’s Commission’ to the graduates. The ceremony also included the presentation of ‘Wings’ to the newly trained flight cadets from the IAF, officers of the Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard, and an officer from Vietnam.
